Rates

The mentioned prices are in euros and include gas, water, electricity, administration fees, 1 pet if applicable, baby supplies, gas fireplace, whirlpool, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and wireless cable internet connection. Tourist tax in Ameland applies from the age of 4, which is €1.59 per person/per night and €1.59 per arrival, and this must be paid separately.

The weeks indicated with * are high season weeks, during which midweek or weekend rentals are not available.

If the property is still available 30 days before the desired arrival date, you can still make a last-minute request.

The above-mentioned prices exclude €175, which is for cleaning costs.

Bed linens and towels are €22.50 per person.

Arrival on Saturday incurs a surcharge of €55.

There is a surcharge of €25 per pet.

Switching on Sundays is not possible, but flexible switching days are possible.
